The Type Of Education

Education is a set of moral values
derived from religious rules and social customs, which contribute to
directing the behavior of individuals within their society. Education is one of
the basic rights of children, which falls primarily on the parents. Everything
they acquire will affect their future and the future of their society as well.
The types of education are not limited only to moral education, but are divided
into different types. Education has tools and means that must be known to
achieve the intended goals, and this is what we will talk about in our article
today.

Types of education

There are many types of education, the
most prominent of which are:

1.     Physical
education

Physical education is considered one of
the priorities of education, as psychological education is closely linked to
it. There are basic needs of the body that cannot be ignored, such as sleep,
food, and amenities.

Therefore, it is necessary to pay
attention to physical education at an early age to avoid diseases that affect
humans as a result of lack of care at a young age. This is what Islam confirmed
when it ordered the mother to breastfeed her child for his healthy growth. One
aspect of physical education is teaching children about hygiene, such as
washing hands before eating, after leaving the bathroom, and brushing teeth.

2.    Cultural
education

Cultural education is the fabric
connecting the past, present and future and has its acquired and innate
characteristics.

The development of culture requires
openness to the external environment. Therefore, cultural education is a huge
responsibility that requires firm management and controls that have flexibility
commensurate with the surrounding circumstances.

The administration relies on developing
vital plans and programs necessary to build people intellectually and achieve
sound education and authentic culture.

Cultural education has great effectiveness
in human development with all its human, moral and social contents. Here,
whoever bears educational responsibility must have a good cultural foundation
in order to carry out solid upbringing and a successful educational culture.

3.    Islamic
education

Islamic education is an integrated human
education that builds a person religiously and worldly, an education that
includes a person’s life in this world and the afterlife. The concept of
Islamic education represents a comprehensive system for raising a person in the
Islamic religion.

One of the most important goals of Islamic
education is to prepare a generation that believes in God Almighty, implement
acts of worship in word and deed, and inculcate the good morals of Islam.

Islamic education also aims to nurture the
generation and support its talents to produce a creative generation.

4.    Motor
education

Kinetic education (education through
movement) is a new educational theory that means adapting the individual to his
body.

Educational scientists have defined it as
“an educational system based primarily on the natural motor capabilities
available to the child,” and it is considered an important factor for the
transition to a modern educational system instead of the traditional system
such as learning through experience or various activities.

Motor education also aims to provide the
individual with physical health that qualifies him to carry out his daily
duties and to develop the individual’s sensory and motor awareness and
awareness of his surroundings.

From the previous types of education, we
conclude that there are the following:

5.    Intentional
education

It is education that seeks to provide
individuals, especially young people, with the knowledge, skills, or attitudes
necessary for them to succeed and continue in their lives.

6.    Unintended
parenting

Within its framework, individuals learn
many social, cultural and scientific experiences without committing to a formal
or formal learning process or enrolling in schools or educational institutes.
